No refund will be made towards the advance/initial amount paid for booking your trip under any circumstances. However, the following conditions apply:
- If cancellations are made 45 days before the departure date of the trip, the full amount is refundable.
- If cancellations are made 44 to 30 days before the departure date of the trip, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 29 to 15 days before the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 14 to 10 days before the departure date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 09 to 0 days before the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- NO SHOW on the departure date will result in NO REFUND.
Please Note:
- No cancellations will be accepted over calls or messages. Kindly reply to the email with the payment receipt you received when booking.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions, landslides, government restrictions, protests, strikes/bandhs, certain activities or the whole trip may be cancelled or altered. In such scenarios, the company will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- Any extra cost arising from unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, protests, strikes/bandhs will be borne by the customer. The company will not be liable.
