Kedarnath is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located near the Mandakini River at an altitude of around 3,583 meters. Surrounded by snow-clad mountains, Kedarnath is not just a destination but a deeply spiritual experience. The journey is challenging, yet the divine atmosphere makes it truly rewarding.
Badrinath is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is situated along the banks of the Alaknanda River. Known for its colorful temple and serene surroundings, Badrinath represents peace, devotion, and salvation. It is easily accessible compared to Kedarnath and offers a calm, divine environment.
* Delhi pick-up, we will pick you up between 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm from Kashmiri Gate/Akshardham/Vaishali metro station and transfer you by AC Tempo Traveller/private car
* We will start our spiritual journey with the Jaikara Baba Kedarnath and proceed to Guptkashi
* We will stop for a delicious dinner at a famous and decent roadside dhaba
* Throughout the journey, we will have fun activities such as antakshari, dumb charades, dancing sessions, and other interactive games
* Reach Devprayag in the morning, freshen up, and then have breakfast. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Sangam of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda.
* En route, visit the Maa Dhari Devi Temple, which is situated on a river. You will have the opportunity to have darshan in the temple, and you will also see a beautiful waterfall on the way to Phata (see pic below).
* In the evening, reach GuptKashi/Phata or Sonprayag and check into your hotel. Enjoy your dinner and get a good night's sleep to prepare yourself for the Kedarnath Trek the next day.
* Wake up early in the morning, take a bath, and have breakfast. Then proceed towards Gaurikund to start your trek. You can hire a pony from here if you prefer.
* During the trek to Kedarnath, you will see numerous beautiful waterfalls, and there are also many resting points where you can get a chance to try buransh juice.
*Reach Kedarnath Temple by evening and participate in Sandhya Pooja and Live Aarti. Don't miss this opportunity
* Check into a hotel/camp and enjoy your dinner before staying overnight.
Note:- Please try to get darshan in the early morning to avoid long lines and crowds
* Get up early in the morning, freshen up, and go for darshan at Kedarnath and Bhairo Baba Shrine. Take a moment to feel the spiritual atmosphere and admire the beautiful Garhwal Himalayan range surrounding the temple. It truly feels like Shiva's home.
* After darshan, trek down to Gaurikund and reach Sonprayag. Check into the same hotel in Guptkashi again, enjoy a delicious dinner, and stay overnight. You will feel blessed and grateful for this divine experience.
* Wake up early morning, have your breakfast and check out from the Hotel.
* Start your journey from Phata/Sonprayag or Guptkashi to Badrinath. (Guptkashi - Badrinath (185 kms / approx. 06 hours’ drive)
* Reach Badrinath by Evening, 6 PM Approx or later. Check in at the hotel in Badrinath
* Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening dinner overnight stay at the hotel Badrinath.
Note:- Your stay will be in Pipalkothi/Joshimath or Badrinath as per your room Sharing.
* Wake up early morning and have breakfast.
* Check out from the hotel and start your journey from Guptkashi/Phata/Sonprayag to Haridwar/Delhi.
* Along the way, you may get the opportunity to participate in Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh or Haridwar (subject to timing and availability).
