Before you book a trip with Keshari Travels, kindly go through the terms and conditions that apply to your booking.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment for the trip/trek must be made before the departure date. Pending payments may result in cancellation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or other factors.
- Payments must be made through approved methods.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to policies and cancellation fees.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
- We are not liable for any travel restrictions, denied entries, or additional costs due to improper documentation.
4. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
- We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to the lack of insurance.
5. Liability and Responsibility
- We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
- We organize adventure trips and treks to the mountains, which may involve risks such as accidents, bodily injuries, loss of life, financial loss, etc. Neither the company nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be responsible or liable for any accident, bodily injury, illness, death, loss or damage to baggage or property, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), negligence, or delay from the act, error, omission, default, or negligence of any person not its direct employee or under its exclusive control.
- Travellers must take care of their valuables and belongings at all times during the trip. Management will not be responsible in case of loss or theft.
- The time of departure is fixed for our trips and will be coordinated with travelers well in advance. Please report to the departure location 30 minutes before the given time. In case of delays, please update your status with your Trip Leader/Coordinator at your earliest. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the trip.
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in any vehicle (bus, tempo traveler, car, etc.) during the trip due to health and safety concerns of fellow travelers.
- No act of misbehaving or creating a nuisance will be tolerated towards our team members, fellow travelers, or vendors. We are a cordial and responsible travel community, and we are committed to bringing you a memorable experience.
- We neither provide any insurance policies for medical emergencies (sickness, injuries, loss of life, etc.) nor for theft or loss of personal valuables and belongings.
- Various factors like weather and road conditions, accidents, or the physical ability of participants may bring changes to the itinerary. The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary during the trip, keeping in mind the safety, comfort, and general well-being of travelers.
